If a Level 8 or higher, or Link-3 or higher, monster "Fur Hire" is Special Summoned to your field, while this card is in your GY (except during the Damage Step): You can add this card to your hand. You can only use 1 "Furtive Techniques Fur Hire, Fur All Your Ultimate Moves" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
