Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The TCG OS (the “Service”) at thetcgos.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no infringing or fraudulent content, no attempts to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ data.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add (your collection, listings, profile, and other contributions). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service — for example, showing your public profile or your listings to other users.

4. Marketplace

The Service lets collectors and vendors discover and transact. Where the Service facilitates sales, it acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers; vendors are responsible for their own listings, pricing, descriptions, fulfilment, and compliance — including listings published to external channels such as eBay. Where payments are processed (via Stripe), those payments are subject to the relevant payment provider’s terms.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pricing and market data are provided for information only and may be inaccurate or out of date; you should not rely on them as financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
