Selling on eBay

You can list single cards straight to your own eBay account from your stock. Connect eBay once — a one-time sign-in that lets the app create listings on your behalf; it never touches your money or your other listings.

One-time eBay seller setup

Before anything can be listed, eBay requires some seller setup, completed on eBay’s own site. Do these once on eBay, then come back to the eBay tab and press Re-check — the Setup check shows a live tick for each.

1. 1.Turn on Business policies — on eBay, go to My eBay → Account → Business policies and opt in. It is a one-time switch and can take a minute to activate.
2. 2.Add a payment policy under Business policies. eBay managed payments pays you directly.
3. 3.Add a return policy that accepts returns (e.g. 30-day). eBay rejects listings published with a no-returns policy.
4. 4.Add a postage (fulfilment) policy with your postage services, cost, and dispatch time.
5. 5.Set your dispatch location — a registered shipping-from address, in your eBay postage settings or saved on a postage policy.

The flow

1. 1.Allocate a card to eBay (or start from the eBay tab) — this drafts a listing.
2. 2.Fill the required details (prefilled from the catalogue) and a photo, then Publish.
3. 3.When it sells, mark it sold — that records the sale and clears the card.
