Key terms in one place.

  • Intake — the receiving desk; where acquired stock lands first.
  • Unallocated — stock that is in but not yet graded, priced, or on a channel.
  • Allocate — grade a card and put it on one channel, making it sellable.
  • Serialized — a card tracked individually (own QR / history); vs bulk (counted as a quantity).
  • Channel — where a card is offered: Shop, Show, or eBay. One at a time.
  • QR label / token — the sticker that binds a physical card to its stock record.
  • Deal — one recorded transaction: cards in and/or out, balanced by cash.
  • Buylist % — what you pay as a fraction of market when buying in.
  • Value floor — the price at/above which a card is tracked individually.
