Making stock sellable

QR labels: printing, sticking, scanning

Bind a physical card to its stock record so you can scan to sell.

Print

On the Labels page, print a batch of blank QR stickers. They lay out on a 30mm-square, 48-per-sheet A4 sticker sheet, and you can start at any label position to reuse a part-used sheet. Do a single test print first and check alignment.

Stick & bind

Put a sticker on the card’s toploader. When you allocate that card to a physical channel, scan the sticker (or type its token) — it binds the label to that exact card. Tap Scan to use your device camera.

Scan to sell

On the show floor, scanning a card’s QR pulls up that exact unit to sell. When the card sells, its label returns to your unbound pool so you can reuse the sticker on another card. Deleting unused (unbound) labels is fine; bound labels free up if you return the card to Intake.
