Intake & unallocated stock
Why everything enters as “unallocated”, and how to add it.
Intake is your receiving desk. Every card you acquire lands here first as unallocated stock: not graded, not priced, on no channel, and not sellable. This is on purpose — stock only becomes sellable through a deliberate Allocate step, so nothing goes live by accident.
Ways stock arrives in Intake
- Catalogue search → add a card with quantity and cost.
- Bulk paste → paste a list of cards and quantities.
- A recorded buy or trade (a Deal) → the cards received land in Intake.
From Intake you grade and allocate each card when you are ready to sell it.
